Compensation: Minimum - USD $28.25/Hr. Maximum - USD $45.21/Hr. Overview: Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiology and Device Technology, where you will perform essential nursing procedures under the supervision of physicians while contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment. Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practicing Nurse license required. • Experience in an ambulatory care setting is preferred. • Strong assessment, judgment, communication, and documentation skills. • Ability to work effectively with healthcare teams and communicate clearly with patients. Essential Functions and Job Duties: • Collect and document patient information, including vital signs and medical history. • Evaluate and communicate abnormalities to physicians. • Support patients through phone communications, offering advice and scheduling services as necessary. • Assist in establishing patient care priorities and education plans. • Conduct procedures, perform lab tests, and prepare patients for examinations. • Administer medications and assist with minor surgical procedures as directed. • Manage clinic inventory and maintain cleanliness of clinical spaces. • Support compliance with healthcare standards and provide patient education. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to policy improvement discussions. • Educate patients and families on device usage and care. • Offer support and reassurance to patients throughout their care journey. • Perform additional duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and commitment to patient care.
