You will have access to the latest equipment and resources to ensure patient safety and workflow efficiency.
In this role, you will:
• Conduct patient evaluations prior to surgery.
• Educate patients and families about the procedure and peri-operative process.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including IV therapy and preoperative medications.
• Participate in surgical site verification and follow universal protocols.
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Apply critical thinking skills in patient assessment and care documentation.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding medical conditions and follow-up care.
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
