Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Progressive Care RN, you will play a vital role in caring for patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessments. We are looking for a reliable RN with the ability to independently manage treatment and make clinical assessments. You'll be working alongside a phenomenal team dedicated to providing excellent care.
Responsibilities:
• Collect comprehensive data about the patient's health.
• Act as an advocate for patients within the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize clinical judgment to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Monitor critical vital signs to intervene during life-threatening situations.
• Educate patients and their families about medications and treatments.
Job Requirements:
• Current Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license required (compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days).
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ years of RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
