Description The Journey Clinic is seeking a dedicated RN who is passionate about providing top-notch nursing care in an ambulatory care environment. You will cater to the individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients of all ages and ensure that care strategies are tailored appropriately. As an RN, your role will be pivotal in facilitating care coordination, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care as well as address teaching needs through direct, telephonic, and telehealth interactions. Collaboration with other healthcare team members is essential as you strive to maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, ultimately supporting clinicians in delivering exceptional healthcare to our patients. Required qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing. • Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire. • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire. • A minimum of 18 months of professional nursing experience.
