Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes. • Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions for our guests. • Conduct thorough health assessments of residents and promptly inform physicians of any changes in their condition. • Efficiently implement new medical orders and follow up on resident care plans. • Develop individualized nursing care plans based on comprehensive assessments and implement appropriate interventions. • Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and collaborate on care plan development. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred. • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state. • Current CPR certification.
