In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive and professional patient-centric care management for at-risk patients within an acute care environment. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment and planning, care coordination, resource utilization management, discharge planning, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy. As an Inpatient Care Management RN, you will ensure that healthcare resources are utilized effectively, delivering the right care at the right time and in the appropriate setting.

We are currently looking for Care Manager RN candidates!
Available position:
• Care Manager RN - Full-Time (Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week)
• $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires who meet the qualifications.

Required Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent diploma upon hire.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 2 years of experience in an acute care Medical-Surgical or inpatient setting.
• Current competency testing in Utilization Review.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within three years of hire.
• National certification in your specialty area.
• 1 year of experience in care management or utilization review, or completion of a relevant orientation program.

Pay Range: $44.16 - $77.58 per hour, with potential for additional compensation including shift differentials and bonuses.
