What You’ll Bring • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania • Bachelor’s in Nursing or related human-services field – OR – 2+ years’ geriatric/home-care experience Solid clinical assessment skills and a passion for problem-solving CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license Warm, professional communication that builds trust with families and field staff Ready to Elevate Home Care?
