Your Role as a Registered Nurse • Oversee patient care and treatment, perform assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient inquiries to ensure exceptional service. • Build meaningful connections with patients and their families to effectively address their unique needs during recovery. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care, providing hands-on support when needed. • Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting with complex patient situations and inquiries. • Celebrate our patients’ progress and achievements as they reach important recovery milestones. Qualifications • Valid RN license as required by state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS certification is preferred). • CRRN certification is a plus. • Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
