Registered Nurse – Case Manager (Oncology)
Location: Irvine, CA
Shift: Day, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse – Case Manager with oncology experience to join our team in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on coordinating patient care, providing education, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as a Case Manager.
• Coordinate oncology patient care across multiple departments and services.
• Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Document patient care and case management activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Oncology experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient advocacy skills.
