
Registered Nurse - Case Manager in Columbia Heights, MN
Job Description
Duties
• Provide occupational health services to patients.
• Perform case management, including public health, home care, and hospice.
• Float to other metro locations as needed, including Mercy Campus, St Francis Medical Center, and United Hospital.
• Administer vaccines and medications.
• Conduct telephone triage and follow-up phone calls.
• Interpret laboratory results and conduct TB skin testing.
• Report workman's compensation and injury cases.
• Perform office duties as required.
