#TeamA Position: Case Manager RN Location: Lansing, MI Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Monday - Friday (08:30 am - 05:00 pm) Contract length: 13 weeks Requirements: 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CASE MANAGEMENT, FIRST TIME TRAVELERS ACCEPTED WEEKENDS: 3 per contract FLOATING: yes, as needed REQUIRED: -Michigan Nursing License - 3 Years acute care setting experience PREFERRED: -BLS -Certification in Case Management -Experience in acute care case management, discharge planning, utilization management, performance improvement and managed care reimbursement.
