Faith Home Health & Hospice is currently seeking compassionate, well-trained Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to the highest standards of care and professionalism. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for Faith, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients using a comprehensive, patient-specific care plan set by the Director of Nursing, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates preventative and rehabilitative nursing actions. You will have the support and collaboration of a full team of healthcare professionals!
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to our Home Health patients in Kansas City, MO metro area. Additional information regarding the areas of coverage/territories will be provided during the interview process.

RN QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have a current, unencumbered, valid Missouri and Kansas State Board of Nursing RN license.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto Insurance.
• Have or obtain a current CPR certification.
