Job Description
Job Summary (List Format): Case Manager
• Provide case management (CM) for oncology patients and those with related diagnoses
• Accepts first-time travelers
• Required Experience/Certifications:
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience
• Minimum 1 year of oncology experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Venipuncture/phlebotomy
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Telephone triage
• Patient teaching
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per day (Days)
