Base Salary: $70,000 - $91,080 annually, with potential supplemental earnings of up to 30%.

Position Summary: As the RN Case Manager/Delegating Nurse, you will be responsible for the ongoing care of clients according to guidelines provided by the Developmental Disabilities Administration and the Maryland Board of Nursing. This includes overseeing the delegation of nursing tasks to agency staff in clients' residences. The position is essential and may require reporting for work during emergencies.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Maintain current RN license, CPR certification, malpractice insurance, and auto insurance.
• Obtain RN CM/DN certification and complete necessary online training.
• Attend three mandatory Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) nurse quarterly meetings each year.
• Conduct initial assessments, develop nursing care plans, and perform regular visits to assess client health and medication management.
• Train staff on nursing care plans and delegated tasks to ensure competency.
• Monitor medication administration and perform competency exams for Medication Technicians.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in nursing (AS, AA, or BS) preferred.
• Current/valid Maryland RN license or multistate compact license required.
• Experience in the field of developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Communication skills in English must be fluent in speech and writing.

Physical Requirements:
