Location: Hackensack, New Jersey (ZIP Code: 07601) Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks Hours: 36 hours per week • 12-hour shifts • 3 shifts per week Schedule • Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends as needed • Holidays as needed • On-call required Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac and vascular procedures. This role involves assessing patient needs, assisting physicians during procedures, managing patient care, and ensuring accurate documentation in alignment with professional nursing standards and evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities • Assess patients and assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures • Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on individual patient needs • Identify patient care priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation • Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through ongoing assessments • Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care throughout procedures • Document care according to standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities • Advocate for evidence-based nursing practices and support innovations in care delivery • Deliver patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing practice models • Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience • Minimum experience in cardiac and vascular procedures required • Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL) experience required Preferred Skills & Experience • Critical care experience • Neurovascular procedure experience • Prior experience using EPIC and Sensis Education Requirements Required: • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Preferred: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Certifications & Licensure Required: • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state compact license • BLS (American Heart Association) • ACLS (American Heart Association) • Telemetry certification/competency Additional Information • Fast-paced Cath Lab environment • Collaboration with interdisciplinary cardiac care teams • Compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards For more details reach ator Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807.
