Requirements Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience. Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. References Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role License Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license Certifications NIHSS (Required) BLS (Required) Vaccinations COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Proof of Identification Driver's license required Additional Information Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
