HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. A Registered Nurse (RN)] who excels in this role:
• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Applicants should have a current state RN license and Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing,. Additional requirements include:
• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• One year of Rehab or Acute Care experience preferred
• CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. CRRN preferred.
