Position: Registered Nurse Charge Leader
Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
Full Time: 32 hours per week
Your Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and wellness of our residents. Your key duties include assessing patient conditions, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Duties Include:
• Conducting patient assessments and formulating tailored care plans.
• Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies.
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical information.
• Providing wound care and nursing interventions as required.
• Working with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Supervising and mentoring LPNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality care.
