Position: RN Charge Nurse

Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM, Full-Time (32 hours per week)

Your Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse, you will be crucial in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your key duties will include:
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing personalized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and medical information regularly.
• Providing effective wound care and other essential nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care delivery.
• Overseeing and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing high-quality care.

Qualifications: To be successful as a Registered Nurse, you should possess:
• A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
