Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse (RN) - Registered Nurse (RN) LTAC - Days (Open). Job ID:26-05556 Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term acute patients. • Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs. • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments. • Manage ventilators, feeding tubes, central lines, and wound care. • Develop and update individualized care plans. • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. • Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery. • Respond to changes in patient condition and emergencies. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation. • Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff. • Day Shift Focus • Full patient assessments • Physician rounds coordination • Admissions and discharges • Procedures and wound care • Family and care team communication • Night Shift Focus • Continuous patient monitoring • Medication administration • IV drips and ventilator management • Chart reviews and documentation • Emergency response and stabilization Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Active Georgia RN license or Compact license • ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program • BLS certification (ACLS preferred) • Experience in LTAC, ICU, or acute care setting preferred Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
