Your Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery of patient services and ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve program objectives.
• Manage scheduling, supervision, and ongoing educational programs for all professional and paraprofessional staff providing direct patient services.
• Implement and monitor a quality assurance program or supervise designated QA staff.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical records with licensing regulations and ethical standards.
• Plan and implement staff education programs for all team members.

Qualifications:
• Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse or equivalent healthcare professional in the state.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare, with at least two years in a supervisory role in healthcare, homecare, or hospice.
• Demonstrated administrative ability and knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Current CPR Certification is a must.
