Registered Nurse Clinical Sales & Education Specialist
Location: Minneapolis / Saint Paul
Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse with a passion for both patient education and healthcare outreach. This unique role blends bedside teaching, home set-ups, and hands-on clinical demonstrations with relationship-building and sales strategies to expand access to care across the Twin Cities.
As a key representative of PHS, you will support patients and families through education and training while also developing strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and referral partners to drive business growth.
What You ll Do
• Provide bedside education to patients, caregivers, and families on equipment such as enteral nutrition, food pumps, vent circuits, suction equipment, and home respiratory supplies.
• Complete in-home and facility set-ups, ensuring families understand how to safely use equipment and supplies.
• Serve as a clinical resource to referral sources, case managers, discharge planners, and hospital staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners to drive new referrals.
• Identify, track, and develop new business opportunities in nutrition, DME, respiratory therapy, and infusion service lines.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and training sessions for healthcare teams.
• Represent PHS at outreach events, conferences, and provider education sessions.
• Collaborate closely with internal service line leaders and account liaisons to ensure smooth onboarding and continuity of care.
• Monitor market trends, referral data, and growth indicators to inform strategy.
• Advocate for PHS services with a mission-driven, patient-first approach.
What We re Looking For
Required:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in one of the following: pediatrics, home health, NICU, PICU, medical-surgical, or hospital discharge coordination.
• Strong comfort level with patient education and hands-on training.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
• Experience with home enteral feeding education, NG or G-tube care, or food pump instruction.
• Background in respiratory, DME, infusion, or pediatric complex care.
• Prior experience in outreach, liaison, or healthcare sales.
• Confidence speaking to groups, presenting education materials, and building long-term partnerships.
Skills & Attributes

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $75,000 $85,000 (DOE)
• Commission & bonus opportunity: Monthly commission plus annual performance incentives
