This role involves direct patient care, utilizing your nursing expertise to enhance health outcomes for a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics. You will also provide telephonic patient support, pre-visit preparations, and detailed documentation in our Electronic Medical Record system. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Schedule: Full-time, 38.75 hours/week, Monday through Friday with rotating shifts from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Delivering high-quality patient care efficiently, in person and via telephone.
• Thoroughly documenting patient interactions and education, ensuring effective communication with the medical team.
• Assessing and addressing the physical and psychosocial needs of patients promptly.
• Identifying emergencies and executing appropriate nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Collaborating with a diverse healthcare team to manage patient care according to established standards.
• Adhering to all relevant policies and protocols to maintain excellence in patient care.
• Completing all requisite nursing and clinical educational competencies.

Qualifications Required:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Massachusetts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• 1+ years of RN/LPN experience.
• Experience in phone triage.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC.
