As a Colleague Health Services Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in implementing clinical programs designed to promote the health and safety of all Hartford HealthCare colleagues. Your responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA Standards, CDC Guidelines, and other pertinent federal and state regulations.
• Design and implement health promotion and illness/injury prevention programs, such as vaccination initiatives, respiratory protection, and environmental safety protocols.
• Manage timely medical clearances for new colleagues by overseeing pre-employment examinations and verifying medical status.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records that aligns with OSHA standards and CDC guidelines.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of innovative programs that enhance Colleague Health Services.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 3-5 years of nursing experience preferred, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations, CDC guidelines, and healthcare worker safety.
