A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Nights.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and triage patients based on vitals and alerts, following standardized protocols
Field inbound patient calls and manage alerts after normal business hours
Support clinical documentation and administrative tasks related to patient care
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience treating patients with CHF, hypertension, and diabetes
Compact multi-state licensure (RN compact)
Experience in a CHF bridge clinic environment
Familiarity with remote patient monitoring technology
Ability to lead virtual follow-ups and support treatment plan changes
