Job Description

In addition to these facilities, ChristianaCare services are available at numerous satellite locations.
We are hiring for a Registered nurse to serve with our Pre-Hospital Services team. With over 5,000 transports each year, our elite team of Flight and Ground crew serve to provide emergency critical care transport within our region. We seek an experienced Critical Care Transport Registered Nurse to work on our CareNet Ground Transport team with the opportunity to cross train with our LifeNet Flight team. Requirements:
Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
BSN required or must obtain with 3 years of hire.
TNCC, ACLS, BLS, PALS and NRP is preferred, but may be obtained during orientation. NALS and PHRN to be offered during the training program.
CFRN, CCRN, CEN or CTRN specialty certification to be obtained within two years of hire.
Requires experience in a critical care area (ICU, Stepdown, CCU, ED, PICU, NICU, or Flight). EMS experience strongly preferred.
Hours:
This is a full time flex (72 hours per pay) rotating shifts with a weekend and holiday requirement.
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
