A typical day for a Registered Nurse includes: • Delivering top-tier care to individuals with developmental disabilities. • Providing medically prescribed services such as ventilator and tracheotomy care, g-tube feedings, medication administration, and first aid care. • Overseeing compassionate and qualified LPNs and caregivers. • Coordinating client care with healthcare professionals. • Ensuring compliance with care plans and state guidelines. • Fostering personal independence and meaningful living for clients. • Training and developing caregivers and front-line staff. • Assisting with additional branch operations as needed.
