HARD STOP - VASCULAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum Experience : 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population : Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required : BLS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements : CVOR experience required; Vascular (Open and Endovascular) experience required); Patient Diagnoses also include - coronary artery disease Aortic aneurysm / dissection Heart Valve disease Afib Lung cancer Pericardial effusion Ratio / Census : Not specified Unit Systems : Epic Pyxis Scrub Color : Provided by the facility RTO : MAX 7 days Weekends : Every other weekend unless noted otherwise Floating : Yes within the facility / scope of practice as needed Call Requirements : Depends on the shift worked; 10-12 days per month including 2 full weekends Holidays : If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below : Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving / Black Friday Christmas Eve / Christmas Day New Years Eve / New Years Day Compliance : Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. • Pre-Screen • Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision.
