Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Coronado Healthcare Center, located in Phoenix, AZ. The Registered Nurse will provide day-to-day patient care, administer medications, monitor patient health, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include creating and updating care plans, assisting with medical treatments, and educating patients and their families about health conditions and care management. Additionally, the nurse will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and adhere to high standards of safety and patient care. Qualifications • Experience in patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patient health status • Proficiency in creating, updating, and following individual care and treatment plans • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona • Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar setting is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate compassion and dedication to patient care
