Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse - Diabetes Education Specialist to become an integral part of our Endocrinology team. In this role, you'll play a key part in empowering patients with education and clinical care focused on effective diabetes management.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver diabetes education through video consultations, in-office visits, and phone support.
• Guide patients on nutrition, medication management, insulin pump usage, and the latest best practices for diabetes care.
• Work closely with endocrinology providers to ensure continuous care and effective long-term scheduling.
• Travel to various locations including Worcester, Milford, Southborough, and Framingham.
• Support all providers within the endocrinology department.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
• Willingness and ability to travel to different sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Experience in endocrinology.
• Familiarity with EPIC software.
