We also connect and disconnect patients from their peritoneal dialysis treatment. We do not provide CRRT therapy- that is managed by ICU nurses. For the actual machines for IHD we primarily have Fresenius machines but we would provide a full orientation to the machines themselves. We do not do PIRRT / use Tablo Machines at all at FV. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case Facility does not accept any license hits. EFFECTIVE 9/30/22 : Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
