Your Role Will Include:
• Providing compassionate care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising treatment procedures, performing comprehensive patient assessments, and crafting personalized care plans.
• Establishing meaningful relationships with patients to fully understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Educating nursing staff on care standards for hemodialysis patients and related equipment.
Qualifications Required:
• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within the first year of employment.
• CRRN certification is preferred; we provide support to help you obtain it if necessary.
• A minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience.
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
