Requirements Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. ADN completion required 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. References Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role License Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license Certifications BLS (Required) ACLS (Required) Vaccinations COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted. COVID booster required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Shift & Scheduling: No Call Every other weekend Holiday Rotation Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to critical access hospitals as needed, may need to float to ED Units but this is rare - would only be helping hands.
