Salary: $83,865.60 - $118,393.60 per year

Responsibilities Your Impact & Responsibilities
• Elevate clinical excellence by collaborating with unit leaders to identify knowledge gaps and ensure every nurse has the competencies needed to provide superior patient care.
• Design impactful learning journeys by developing and launching evidence-based educational programs that use measurable tools to track and guarantee staff success.
• Create the tools for success by identifying or building modern instructional materials and teaching aids that simplify complex clinical concepts for the bedside team.
• Drive data-backed improvement by maintaining meticulous records of educational outcomes, ensuring the facility remains at the forefront of healthcare standards and compliance.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences
Long Term Care experience.
