
Registered Nurse Educator/Lead in Ardmore, PA
Job Description
In this role, the nurse leader serves as both a mentor and a guide—supporting the growth of new clinicians and deepening the skills of experienced team members through hands-on education and encouragement. They also play a key role in managing pharmacy-related practices, fostering strong relationships with pharmacy partners, and ensuring collaborative, informed decision-making across the care team. This position is ideal for someone who leads with both clinical insight and a heart for teaching.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute, critical, or home/hospice environment that is exposed to end-of-life care.
• 1+ years of experience as a supervisor and/or educator
• Active, unencumbered state RN license
• Associates, Bachelors, or Master’s Degree in Nursing accepted
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• MUST possess accurate and clear oral & written communication skills
• Strong understanding and ability to communicate hospice & palliative philosophy
• Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceuticals as it relates to end-of-life care.
