Requirements
• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC certifications may be required for certain positions
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room
• Additional requirements may be specified by client facility

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to individuals experiencing a variety of medical conditions and traumatic incidents requiring immediate attention. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients facing diverse trauma and illnesses with decisive actions.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge base about a wide range of medical issues to provide well-rounded care.
• Demonstrating expertise in triage to prioritize injuries accurately based on medical necessity.
• Making quick and precise assessments of incoming patients, addressing both physical and mental health needs.
