Job Description
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) in an orderly, systematic approach to meet the changing needs of patients across the life span. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursingMinimum one year of recent ER experience as an ERT or RN required.Will consider New RN Graduate with 1 year ERT experience.Current Wisconsin Nursing License required. Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date (from American Heart Association or American Red Cross)ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire/start date.PALS / ENPC certification required within 3 months of hire/start date.NIHSS required within 3 months of hire/start date.TNCC certification within 18 months of Emergency Department experience required. PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience as a RN preferred.
