Job Description
Shift Detail: Registered Nurse. 12-hour shifts on nights, 7 PM - 7 AM with rotating weekends and holidays. Behavioral Health experience preferred.

Our multidisciplinary team includes Psychiatrists, Registered Nurses, Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Support Staff, dedicated to supporting the needs of our community in English, Spanish, and Polish.
Our nurses work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams, focusing on a patient-centered care model in a richly diverse work environment. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse employs evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies, utilizing the nursing process to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families.
Qualifications:
• Current RN license in Connecticut required.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health and/or emergency medicine preferred.
• New graduates will work under supervision as per State guidelines.
