We are dedicated to ensuring that you are successful and have a positive experience during your orientation.During your first six months we will sign you up for BLS/ ACLS, and ideally within your first year ENPC (emergency nurse pediatric course), TNCC (trauma nurse core course) and PALS (pediatric advanced life support). These courses enhance your ED nurse tool kit but are better taken after gaining some experiences to relate them to.On-call: Not required.Incentives: RNs with at least 1 year of experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus (prorated for part time).
