Roles & Responsibilities • Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across the lifespan • Rapidly assess and triage patients to prioritize treatment for those in greatest need • Stabilize and manage critical cardiac, trauma, and pediatric emergencies • Deliver emergent and urgent mental health interventions in collaboration with the care team • Administer medications, initiate advanced life support protocols, and monitor patient response • Document care accurately and communicate clear handoffs to ensure continuity • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate efficient patient flow • Mentor and support colleagues to maintain a skilled, cohesive emergency team Qualifications • Current unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon submission • Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) required • ACLS required • TNCC required • NIHSS required • PALS required • Experience or comfort working in a fast-paced Emergency Department caring for cardiac, trauma, pediatric, and mental health patients Knowledge & Skills • Strong triage and rapid assessment skills in emergency settings • Trauma and cardiac care competency, including ACLS protocols • Pediatric emergency assessment and interventions • Experience with emergency mental health presentations and de-escalation • Proficient in IV therapy, medication administration, and patient monitoring • Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills • Team-oriented approach with strong critical thinking and prioritization Benefits • Generous travel-friendly perks like housing support and travel reimbursement to make your move easier • Medical, Dental & Vision coverage to keep you and your family healthy • 401K retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future • Life insurance for peace of mind • Paid Time Off to recharge between assignments • Licensure assistance and reimbursement to keep your credentials current • Professional development and continuing education support to grow your skills • A supportive team culture that values your expertise and work-life balance • Referral program to reward you for bringing great people onboard Travel Perks: Explore Lincoln City, OR Lincoln City sits on Oregon's beautiful central coast, so when you’re off shift you can hunt for the famous local glass floats, stroll sandy beaches at sunset, explore tide pools, and try kite flying at local seaside spots.
