Provide prompt and professional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, assessing and treating injuries and illnesses of varying complexity. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Record patient medical histories and symptoms, administer medications, and monitor and report changes in patient conditions. Operate medical equipment and assist with procedures such as intubation or defibrillation. Educate patients and their families on illness and injury prevention and care. Clinical assessment and decision-making skills Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Ability to work calmly under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capacity for teamwork and collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
