Work Schedule: Full-Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Night Shift
Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour, commensurate with experience
This is a fully onsite position with no remote or hybrid options.
Join our Night Shift Team! Work nights and earn an additional $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually) through our Night Shift Incentive Program for full-time RNs.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduated from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program with less than 3 years of experience.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 6 months of RN nursing experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid through 60 days of hire.

Emergency Department Fellowship: Our fellowship offers experienced nurses new to Emergency Department (ED) the opportunity to partake in orientation programs designed to support your career in ED nursing. Orientation focuses on novice to expert theory along with adult learning principles.
About the Emergency Department:
• Providing care at the Emergency Department level, including level 1 trauma designation.
• Adhering to BCEN certification standards in evidence-based care models.
• Receiving guidance from Clinical Educators for individual specialty education and competency validation throughout your orientation.
