Registered Nurse - Emergency Department in Balfour, NC
Job Description
UNC Health Pardee is hiring for night shift Emergency Department Registered Nurses!
Come be part of a tight knit group of dedicated clinical professionals. As a nurse at UNC Pardee, you can expect a strong support system, helping you perform at the top of your license. Your opinions will matter – work at bedside alongside hands-on, collaborative, transformational leaders. Join an organization that takes pains to balance the patient and staff experiences – we believe you cannot separate team member engagement and satisfaction from clinical outcomes or patient satisfaction.
Join an organization that cares about competitive, equitable compensation. We’ve invested heavily in our nursing compensation model over the last few years, and expect to continue those efforts. We’ve dedicated millions of dollars to wage increases for both new and experienced nurses. We offer referral incentives, tuition reimbursement, free continuing education, and specialty certification bonuses. We try to do all we can to make working at Pardee a blast, regularly putting on events and dinners, bringing food trucks on site, and handing out candy and swag.
Our full-time positions offer a range of benefits, including medical, vision and dental insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and up to a 6% employer contribution into our retirement plan.
We might be biased, but we think there’s no better place for nurses in Western North Carolina. And for those nurses considering relocation opportunities – we live here in the Blue Ridge Mountains for a reason. We offer relocation assistance for any nurse moving from over a hundred miles away – come visit, and you’ll see why we love our home.
Come be happy with Pardee!
