Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ER
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); PALS-AHA(Copy Needed); CERT-TNCC(Copy Needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Driver’s License Copy On-File
Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
