Job Description
Location: CHA Everett Hospital
Schedule: 7pm - 7:30am including every other weekend and holiday
Position: Part-Time (20+ hours per week)

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (prorated for part-time employees) for newly hired experienced RNs with 2 years of experience in the specialty.
Position Overview:
The Emergency Department RN will provide exceptional care to acute patients and their families following CHA's nursing standards. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care with professionalism and urgency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• 1-2 years of Emergency RN experience preferred.
• Basic EMR computer proficiency required.
All newly hired candidates must successfully pass a job-specific physical agility exam.
New hires committing to at least two years of employment may be eligible for a retention bonus of $10,000, prorated for part-time employment. Please consult your HR Advisor for details.
