Summary The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Trauma Center plays a critical role at Rice Memorial Hospital. This position involves assessing patient needs, implementing nursing interventions with less predictable outcomes, and evaluating their effectiveness for a diverse patient population. At this level, the nurse may also be expected to take on leadership responsibilities as required. Schedule • 72 hours every 2 weeks • Rotating day, evening and night shifts • Includes every other weekend • Rotating holidays Pay and Benefits • Pay based on experience and degree • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.79 per hour • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.14 per hour • Master’s in nursing starting at $43.20 per hour • Pay range: $40.79 - $61.76 per hour • $3,500 Hiring bonus! • $5,000 Relocation bonus (if applicable)! • Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • Current licensure in the State of Minnesota. • Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include adult and geriatric patients. • New grads welcome!
