A Brief Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional nursing care through effective assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care tailored to our patients' needs. You will play a vital role in delivering physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families. What You Will Do: • Deliver patient care by executing physician prescriptions, collaborating with the health care team, and providing critical support to patients and their families. • Develop comprehensive nursing care plans based on patient assessments and medical histories. • Educate patients and families on healthcare goals, self-care skills, and available resources. • Monitor and evaluate patient care by adhering to therapeutic standards and adjusting care plans as necessary. • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following infection control and medication administration protocols. • Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner. • Ensure the functionality of patient care equipment and manage inventory supplies efficiently. • Stay current with the nursing practices and protocols established by leadership. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be available to work the specified hours and possess the ability to effectively communicate and perform essential job functions while maintaining visual acuity for patient assessments. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire. Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.
