The role involves providing critical care in a fast-paced ER environment, supporting patients with urgent medical needs. Candidates with at least two years of ER nursing experience are preferred to ensure confident and comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities include: • Delivering high-quality emergency nursing care following established protocols • Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and responding appropriately • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment • Administering medications and treatments as ordered • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation • Floating within the ER as needed, including weekends and holidays Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active Minnesota Registered Nurse License (non-compact state) • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ER setting • Current certifications: NIHSS, BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), PALS, and TNCC • Ability to work 12-hour day or evening shifts (various start times: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM) • Willingness to float and work occasional weekends and holidays • Timely return to office within 7 days or less Location Details: Burnsville offers a welcoming community with a mix of urban conveniences and natural beauty.
