An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room (RN-ER) to provide expert care during night shifts. This contract role involves delivering safe, high-quality patient care in a dynamic Emergency Department setting, following the Nursing Process and adhering to state Nurse Practice Act regulations and hospital policies.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Room patients with critical thinking and scientific judgment
• Anticipate and plan for the safe delivery of patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and certifications
• Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on the skills and experience of team members
• Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff throughout shifts

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with Emergency Room experience
• Certifications required: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills in emergency care
• Proven ability to manage multiple patient care priorities efficiently
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
