Registered Nurse ER | Hudson, Wyoming in Arapahoe, WY

A Registered Nurse with Emergency Room expertise is needed for a contract position in Hudson, Wyoming. This role demands accountability for delivering excellent patient care within the Emergency Department while adhering to state Nurse Practice Act regulations and hospital policies. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process.
• Apply critical thinking and scientific judgment to anticipate patient needs and ensure safe care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competencies by participating in continuing education.
• Delegate patient care tasks appropriately according to staff experience and education.
• Supervise and guide assigned nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Float between nearby campuses as required by patient census and facility needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Wyoming RN or multi-state RN license (must be current and attached with application).
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC certifications accredited through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Excellent critical thinking and leadership skills.
• Experience working in community hospital settings preferred.

Contract Details:
